Housed in a stunning 1876 Victorian Villa, Chloes in Kent Town is an historically acclaimed restaurant, proud in recent times of its progressively, classic food – and a 10,000 bottle strong wine cellar. The industry awarded pair of owner/sommelier Nick Papazahariakis and head chef Johnny Triscari, bring together the seasonality of their kitchen garden, the finest of regional produce, and wine from one of our country’s best restaurant cellars.
